The concept is beautiful and terrifying at once. I really love the water color texture you used, and the fact his "bones" are visible, such as the spine and ribcage beneath his dark form. That and the fact you made him represent a Shogun warrior is impressive, and I actually like this look for him, especially since it matches his face, which if I recall was based off of an Oni or Noe Mask. :D It was also sometimes worn by Shogun warriors as well to enduce psychological fear into their enemies, and to withdraw their identity.
